The Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension and Quality Assurance envisions itself to be the leading partner of the City College of Angeles in the pursuit of excellence in research, extension and quality assurance.
In the course of thesis/capstone writing, the Office of the Vice President for Research, Extension and Quality Assurance offers the following services to students:
1. Research Consultation: Student-researchers may set an appointment for a research consultation with any of the research staff or with the Vice President for Research, Extension and Quality Assurance by sending a message to the official email address of the office.
2. Statistical Processing: Student-researchers who need assistance in processing their quantitative data may send their request to the email address of the office. A Certificate of Statistical Processing will then be issued to the students as a proof of authenticity of the results.
3. Grammar Editing: Student-researchers may request for a grammar check of their manuscript from any of the CCA English teachers. A Certificate of English Proofreading will then be issued by the office.
4. Plagiarism Analysis: Student-researchers may send their manuscripts, which has been grammar checked already, for similarity checking to vpre@cca.edu.ph. A Certificate of Originality will then be issued by the office.
