CCA student wins in ALCU National Arts Month Competition 2022

Norjan Angeles wins 2nd Place in Black and White Photography and 3rd Place in the Colored Photography in ALCU National Arts Month Competition 2022 organized by ALCULTURA, Inc. He was accompanied by her coach Mr. Jonie Castañeda. Pangilinan.
